The available opportunities include Office Assistants, Corporals, Sergeants, Office Administrator Assistants, Foresters, Finance and Accounts Officers, Superintendents, Conservators of Forests, GIS Officers, ICT Officers, Human Resource Management Officers and other senior and principal-level positions. Applicants should note that the current recruitment exercise is an internal recruitment process. The advertised positions are strictly for eligible Kenya Forest Service staff, and external applicants are not eligible to apply. Responsibilities

The Principal Office Administrator provides senior administrative and office management support within Kenya Forest Service. The position is responsible for coordinating high-level office administration, correspondence, records, schedules, meetings and other administrative requirements. The officer supports efficient flow of information, appropriate handling of official documents and maintenance of effective administrative systems. The position also contributes to office protocol, management of confidential information, coordination of administrative activities and supervision or guidance of office administration functions.
