JOB DETAILS:
This role is crucial to KMA’s preparedness and response capacity for maritime emergencies along the Kenyan coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize the national maritime search and rescue plan.
- Conduct SAR readiness training for responders and coastal communities.
- Coordinate SAR operations and manage a centralized response database.
- Partner with regional search and rescue agencies for joint exercises.
