JOB DETAILS:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing machine according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of print jobs while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Comply with company safety and quality control procedures.

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent; technical training in printing is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating printing machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with flexographic printing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: high school
