Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and support vendor selection
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures
- Trock orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
- Support cost negotlations while maintaining quallty standards
- Ensure compliance with procurement policles and arganizational guidelines
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and meet procurement needs
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Prepare procurement reports and support audits when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years” experlence in procurement, logistics, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with close attention to detail
- Experience using ERP/procurement systems (e.g. Odoo) is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
