Procurement Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Intern to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The intern will assist in sourcing, supplier coordination, documentation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or continuing student to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory management within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and tender documents
- Assist in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and evaluation processes
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Support inventory management, stock tracking, and asset registers
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and supplier communications
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, donor requirements, and regulations
- Support audits and procurement reporting processes
Work Hours: 8
Experience: No Requirements
Level of Education: bachelor degree
