Job Overview

Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for building strong supplier relationships and optimizing supply chain operations? Dukaloco is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function, ensuring the timely sourcing of quality products, materials, and services while delivering value for money and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve the best value.
  • Manage procurement planning and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification and membership with a recognized procurement body (e.g., KISM/CIPS) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement or ERP systems is an added advantage.
