JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To source, procure, and manage the supply of pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general hospital supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue local purchase orders (LPOs).
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with storekeepers.
• Ensure compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA).
• Maintain an up-to-date supplier database.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Procurement / Supplies Management.
• Registered by the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
• 2+ years experience in a procurement role.
• Experience in health sector procurement is an advantage.
