JOB DETAILS:
Background
Our client in the hardware industry is looking to hire a Procurement Officer.
Key Duties
- Source, evaluate, and procure hardware materials, fittings, and tools.
- Negotiate prices and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and keep accurate procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the store team.
- Ensure quality checks for all received materials.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in hardware or construction materials procurement is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
