JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree/ Diploma in Events/ Business management or equivalent.
- Two years working in an event industry preferred.
- Strong Negotiation & Relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Verbal & Written communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Sourcing & Suppliers management and evaluation.
- Contract & Purchase Order management.
- Assist with project planning & execution.
- Timeline and project tracking.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Updating project documentation & related administrative tasks.
