Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
  • Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance
  • Ensure timely procurement of power equipment (including LV panels and related materials)
  • Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives
  • Enforce procurement compliance and governance standards
  • Prepare procurement reports and KPIs
  • Coordinate importation processes (supplier follow-ups, shipping, clearance)
  • Work with warehouse teams on inventory management and stock control
  • Provide team leadership and mentorship

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) preferred
  • 3–4 years’ procurement experience
  • Mandatory experience in the energy/power sector
  • Hands-on experience with LV panels and electrical equipment procurement
  • Mandatory proven experience in importation processes (international sourcing, logistics, customs clearance)
  • Warehouse management experience (inventory control, stock management, material handling)
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
