Job Summary
Power Group Technologies Ltd seeks a results-driven Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing and strengthen supply chain performance within the power and energy sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
- Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure timely procurement of power equipment and materials
- Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives
- Enforce procurement compliance and governance standards Prepare procurement reports and KPIs
- Provide team leadership and mentorship
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) preferred
- 3-4 years' procurement experience
- Mandatory experience in the energy/power sector
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
