Job Summary

Power Group Technologies Ltd seeks a results-driven Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing and strengthen supply chain performance within the power and energy sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
  • Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance
  • Ensure timely procurement of power equipment and materials
  • Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives
  • Enforce procurement compliance and governance standards Prepare procurement reports and KPIs
  • Provide team leadership and mentorship

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certification (CIPS/KISM) preferred
  • 3-4 years' procurement experience
  • Mandatory experience in the energy/power sector
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
