Role Context
The Product Configuration Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient setup of our products and services within our systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of product configurations and system integration.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring new products and services in alignment with business requirements.
- Testing and validating configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather product specifications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
- Maintaining documentation for product configurations.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in product configuration or a similar role.
