Position Overview

We are searching for a Product Lead-AI to drive the development, evolution and operationalisation of our AI-powered products and solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), open-source AI models, agentic systems, RAG architecture and modern AI product development frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong product leadership, enabling the organization to build scalable, impactful and user-oriented AI products for the healthcare and digital innovation space.

Responsibilities or duties

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI/LLM-based products, including RAG and agentic systems.
• Define technical product specifications, workflows, and architecture for scalable AI solutions.
• Oversee implementation of AI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on API design, data schemas, and system integrations.
• Manage model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization in production.
• Conduct technical research on LLMs, open-source models, embeddings, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Ensure AI products meet security, compliance, reliability, and ethical standards.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Solid understanding of system design, AI workflows, agentic frameworks and modern AI product development.
• Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse.
• Excellent programming abilities in Python, NodeJS and ReactJS (full-stack capability is a strong advantage)
• Hands-on experience with LangFlow, LangGraph, and LangChain for building AI pipelines and agents.
• Strong background in API design, RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Practical understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, including MCP Server and FASTMCP framework.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings and data indexing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product plans.
• Ability to document workflows, build specifications and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or related field
• Strong Math and Statistics background
• Critical thinking and research skills
• Proficiency in Python, R, Tensorflow and Pytorch

Experience needed

• 5-8 years of experience in AI product management, machine learning engineering, software development or related roles.
• Proven track record of building and launching AI-powered products in production.
• Experience working with LLMs, open-source AI models, or multi-agent systems in practical deployments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product execution end-to-end.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or public health innovation is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
