A Product Manager/Team Leader is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, which includes leading a team to execute on it.

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team Drive and achieve sales targets Oversee daily factory operations and product performance Build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities

Strategic Thinking: Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Leadership: Guiding and managing a team, and leading product development from start to finish. Communication: Articulating customer needs, aligning stakeholders, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing. Analytical Skills: Conducting market research, analyzing data, and using metrics to drive decisions. Problem-Solving: Addressing customer pain points and overcoming development challenges. Technical Acumen: Understanding the technical aspects to write requirements and guide development. Customer Empathy: Translating customer needs and feedback into actionable product features. Business Acumen: Developing business cases, pricing strategies, and managing budgets.

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Sales Experience in the water/beverage industry (preferred) Proven sales track record and leadership skills
