Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for ATM/kiosk-related initiatives.
  • Translate PRDs into well-structured epics, user stories, and tasks with clear requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing.
  • Own and manage the product backlog for ATM/kiosk-related features, ensuring priorities align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of clarification for engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle and drive end-to-end software delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance, business, customer support, and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and schedule releases and create and maintain accurate release notes.
  • Communicate release scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with product managers across other product lines to support cross-product feature development and alignment.
  • Support production rollouts, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on complex, technical systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, & strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies (nice to have).
  • Passion for fintech and cryptocurrency products (nice to have).
