Role & Responsibilities:
Develop excellence in tendering processes, including Specifications, stakeholder relationships and evaluations.
Collaborate with professional medical bodies and participate in national conventions as required.
Support Training and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals in line with the commercial plan.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all Medtronic Cardiac product lines.
Healthcare Compliance:
Adhere to the Medtronic Code of Conduct, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and applicable Anti-bribery Laws & Regulations.
Ensure full compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in all responsibilities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement and increase of sales target.
- Product listing across key points of sale.
- Effective execution of marketing plans.
- Development and Maintenance of strong customer relationships.
The Person (Attributes):
- Willingness to support activities across different markets as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
- Ability to work for long hours with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or in a related science field.
- Valid and updated Nursing License in accordance with the Nursing Council of Kenya guidelines.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a nurse.
- Experience in theatre (operating room) and as a product specialist in cardiac or Cardiac Treatment Center units will be an added advantage.
- Must be a registered member of the nursing council of Kenya.
