Role Context
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical production facility. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining product quality, and leading production teams to achieve operational targets efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmaceutical production operations and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Supervise and lead production staff.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor production performance, resolve process issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with management or supervisory experience Required.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production processes.
