Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field

Minimum 10+ years of experience in paint manufacturing or coatings industry

Strong knowledge of paint formulations and manufacturing processes

Strong leadership, analytical, and operational management skills

Experience in production planning, quality systems, and safety compliance

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and ISO standards is an added advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

Production Operations & Planning: Oversee daily paint manufacturing operations, production scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, packaging, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Quality, Safety & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications while driving continuous improvement, wastage reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead production teams, coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, QA, and supply chain departments, and ensure proper equipment utilization and maintenance.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor plant productivity, downtime, KPIs, and operational performance while preparing production and management reports.
