  • Develop, and coordinate the detailed Weekly and Daily schedules for production finished goods at Nalagarh.
  • Coordinate with Sourcing, Centralized Planning, Technical, Engineering, Quality & Dispatch and Coordinate for filling in the Gaps. Work with Stores Executive for Stocks Matching, Minimizing & Finally Eliminating the Stock Variations (RM & PM) w.r.t. Physical & System.
  • To work closely with Planner, identify SKUs that can be in-sourced from other facilities. Perform capacity and capability analyses for the identified SKUs and develop a transition plan to move production from the other site, including international, to Nalagarh.
  • Support business initiative by leading projects at Nalagarh. Set clear objectives, provide support, and remove barriers for team members to complete the production plans & projects successfully.
  • Manage the new production introduction through the Special Processing Request (SPR) process. Lead meetings with a cross-functional team to determine readiness of new SKUs for launch, develop inventory and production plans for the launch. Complete setup of finished goods in ERP systems to ensure product can be made and shipped.
  • Update product shortage report with expected arrival date at warehouse for finished goods codes that are backordered.
  • To work closely with Plant Engineering & adjust the Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Unit 1 & Unit 2.
  • To work closely with Production Executives & ensure that CIP is regularly used & overall Load to ETP is reduced
  •   Address supply and quality issues on components/raw materials with suppliers, while keeping the Sourcing group informed. Request support from the Sourcing team when required to address and resolve the identified issues.
  • Participate in daily and weekly Continuous Improvement meetings.
  • Update Capacity/Capability file with all SKU information after any change in equipment, procedures, formulation or pack occurred.
  • Use Capacity/Capability file to determine any production that needs to be added for next week.
  • Monitor the overall arrangement and performance of dispatch function. Ensure the compliance wrt dispatch schedules and OTIF.
  • Ensuring that the Plants (Unit1 & Unit2) deliver as per the Production Schedule.
  • Set clear objectives, provide support, and remove barriers for team members to complete the production plans & projects successfully.
  • Support business initiatives by leading process improvement projects at factory. 
  • Ensure proper CIP collection & reuse and smooth Operation of Effluent Treatment Plant. To work with QA & Technical to implement the Complete Sequencing so that the number of washes can be reduced.
  • Responsible for Safety , Quality , Production on daily basis.
  • Ensure adherence to Diversey Safety , Quality, Manufacturing  Standards & Local & Diversey Regulatory Standards.
  • Trouble shoot plant operation to ensure targeted Safe Quality Production (SQP)
  • Ensure that the Team complies to Diversey standards
  • Motivate Team from time to time and ensure employee engagement at all levels.
  • Work continuously on improving process by training people down the line and providing required resources. 
  • Ensure Inventory control & cycle count at regular intervals ( Monthly & Quarterly).
  • Ensure all production activities are performed  adhering to all core values and corporate requirements
  • Coordinate all training activities at Site with proper documentation and methodology
