JOB DETAILS:

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in avocado oil production preferred.
• If not available, experience in olive oil processing is acceptable.
• Strong understanding of cold-press / oil extraction machinery.
• Ability to manage production teams and shift operations.
• Technical and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and production staff.
• Ensure machinery is operated efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production output, yields, and quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Report production metrics and issues to management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
