Production Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cable manufacturing or similar industrial production.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, lean manufacturing
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen certification and Safety certifications.
- Training in cable testing standards and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
