Goldstone Ready-Mix is seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to be based in Nairobi.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- At least a Diploma in a construction-related field (e.g. Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, or related).
- At least 5 years’ working experience in construction / ready-mix concrete or related heavy industry.
- Proven experience in people supervision, with strong leadership skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organization skills.
