Production Technician

The Production Technician will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by ensuring production machinery runs efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Record production data and report equipment faults or quality issues
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field
• Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is an added advantage
• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced production environment
