Join Our Team as a "Program Recruitment Associate"
Industry: Leadership Development | Education | Nairobi
The Role
We are looking for a Program Recruitment Associate to drive participant recruitment and enrollment for the our Leadership Program and other initiatives. This role blends admissions, outreach, partnerships, and consultative sales. You will own the full recruitment funnel from lead generation and relationship-building to application management and conversion while supporting program coordination and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment, Admissions & Sales
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for leadership programs: prospecting, follow-up, applications, interviews, and enrollment.
Convert warm and cold leads through consultative conversations aligned to program outcomes.
Manage CRM or tracking systems for leads, applicants, and enrolled participants.
Meet monthly and cohort-based enrollment targets.
2. Outreach & Partnerships
Build recruitment pipelines through universities, training institutions, alumni networks, and corporate partners.
Represent the organization at info sessions, events, webinars, and partner activations.
Engage alumni as referral partners and ambassadors.
3. Program Coordination Support
Support scheduling, communications, and logistics for program delivery.
Coordinate with facilitators, guest speakers, and mentors to ensure smooth execution.
Track participant engagement and support a high-quality experience.
4. Systems, Reporting & Learning
Maintain accurate recruitment and enrollment data.
Collect feedback from prospects and participants to improve messaging and conversion.
Support documentation of recruitment processes and best practices for scale.
5. Other Projects
Support additional initiatives, pilots, and ecosystem-building projects as needed.
What are looking for:
1–3+ years’ experience in: Admissions, student recruitment, or enrollment
B2B/B2C sales in education, training, or professional services, Outreach, partnerships, or program coordination
Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
Strong communicator with confidence engaging professionals and senior stakeholders.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
Purpose-driven, curious, and aligned with leadership development and impact work.
