Background
On behalf of a new local organization in the non-profit development sector focused on youth empowerment, agribusiness, and climate action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programme design, implementation & evaluation.
- Manage budgets, resources & donor reporting.
- Build & mentor a high-performing team.
- Develop strategic partnerships & support resource mobilization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years in programme/project management in development.
- Experience in youth programmes, agribusiness, or climate change.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proposal writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
