Responsibilities
The Programs Intern will support the program team in various aspects of project implementation and management. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of program activities.
- Conducting research and data collection for program reports.
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of program progress.
- Liaising with stakeholders and partners.
- Providing administrative support to the program team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, Public Health, Project Management).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for community development and social impact.
Experience
Previous internship or volunteer experience in a non-profit setting is an advantage.
Additional Notes
This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Interns will gain valuable experience in program management and development within the non-profit sector.
