Project Management
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the AI Access Programme from partner identification and onboarding to programme delivery, learner experience management, reporting, and post-training evaluation.
This role requires a strategic operator who can translate partnership discussions into tangible outcomes, coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal and external), and ensure that every training cohort is executed efficiently and meets programme KPIs.
You will serve as the single point of accountability for the operational success of the programme, working closely with the Product, Instruction, Admissions, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify, approach, and onboard regional and institutional partners (e.g. tech hubs, universities, NGOs, county governments) for program delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure smooth admissions, access to facilities, and learner support
- Coordinate with the donors for alignment on milestones, curriculum updates, and reporting deliverables
Programme Planning and Delivery
- Develop and manage a detailed project implementation plan for each cohort
- Liaise with instructors, teaching managers, and support staff to ensure instructional quality and adherence to schedules.
- Manage logistical arrangements for regional and in-person trainings (venue setup, internet/laptops, scheduling).
- Track attendance, engagement, and completion rates across all cohorts and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure all cohorts are launched, monitored, and closed on time, meeting disbursement-linked milestones.
Learner Experience and Quality Assurance Coordination (in conjunction with the Classroom Team)
- Coordinate the learner onboarding and offboarding process (surveys, Canvas setup, certificate issuance).
- Monitor learner progress and resolve issues affecting engagement or completion.
- Conduct pre- and post-training surveys to measure satisfaction, learning outcomes, and skill application.
- Compile insights from learner feedback into actionable improvements for future cohorts
Data Management, Monitoring & Reporting
- Track all programme metrics against milestones (e.g., enrollment, gender balance, geography, income-level targets).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards for internal and funder reporting.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports — including narratives, financial summaries, and impact data.
- Support the Director of Product in preparing presentations and documentation for partner reviews and funder meetings.
Key Deliverables
- Successful coordination and delivery of all cohorts
- Partner agreements finalized and operationalized across at least 3 regional sites.
- Learner feedback survey reports with actionable recommendations.
- Comprehensive quarterly and final reports submitted to funders on time.
- Achievement of gender (50% women) and geography (15% peri-urban/rural) representation targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, ICT, or related field. PMP qualification would be an added advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience managing education, training, or digital skilling programmes (preferably donor-funded).
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with data collection, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
