Project Formulation Part-time Lectures
- Define Project Objectives: Guide students in articulating clear, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives for a new project based on stakeholder needs.
- Conduct Feasibility Studies: Instruct on conducting technical, financial, and operational feasibility analyses to determine project viability before initiation.
- Develop Project Charters: Oversee the creation of comprehensive project charters that define scope, deliverables, and high-level milestones.
- Identify Stakeholder Mapping: Teach techniques for identifying and categorizing project stakeholders to manage expectations and communication effectively.
- Assess Preliminary Risks: Guide students in creating initial risk registers that identify potential threats and opportunities at the pre-planning stage.
- Develop Resource Estimates: Teach students to create high-level estimates for time, cost, and manpower required to launch the project successfully.
