Reports to: Hospital Director / Senior Management
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage hospital projects from proposal development to implementation and reporting.
Lead proposal writing, grant applications, concept notes, and donor or stakeholder reports.
Oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth hospital functioning and compliance with internal policies.
Prepare project budgets, work plans, timelines, and progress reports.
Liaise with internal departments, partners, donors, and regulatory bodies.
Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, staff onboarding, record management, performance documentation, and compliance with labour requirements.
Assist management in developing policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Monitor project performance, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and reports for audits and reviews.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Health Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree will be a strong added advantage.
Proven experience in project management and administrative roles, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Demonstrated strong proposal writing and reporting skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and labour compliance.
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
