About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee road construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in road construction project management.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
