Background

Brisk Marketing Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, lead product launches, manage events, and drive brand visibility across East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
• Lead product launch campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Manage events, merchant activations, and roadshows.
• Develop campaign plans, timelines, and project trackers.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
• Manage budgets, monitor spending, and track ROI.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in marketing campaigns, projects, and events.
• Proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns and product launches.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification and fintech/retail experience are an advantage.
