JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Our client, a Construction Company in Nairobi, is urgently recruiting a Project Site Supervisor to oversee projects, maintain safety protocols, and implement site procedures, ensuring all projects are completed on time, to quality standards, and within budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full onsite supervision.
- Ensure all assigned projects are executed to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure construction work schedules are maintained.
- Correspond with consultants and client project managers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil, Building, Construction Engineering, or its equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and make reports.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the supervision of interior fit-out and building construction works.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
