About the Role

This role combines tenant and landlord relationship management with full responsibility for building maintenance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure properties are well-managed, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management Functions

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of residential properties.
  • Manage tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and exit processes.
  • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support rent collection processes, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports.
  • Maintain accurate property records, tenant files, and lease documentation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with agreed standards.

Facilities Management Functions

  • Oversee all property maintenance and ensure buildings are kept in excellent operational condition.
  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and general works.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements across all properties.
  • Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in property management or facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and office systems.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
  • Must be based in Nairobi.
