JOB DETAILS:

Position: Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations
- Maintain tenant relations and high occupancy
- Handle leases, renewals, and tenant onboarding
- Ensure financial reporting
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and compliance
- Drive marketing, leasing, and revenue growth
- Conduct property viewings and close deals
- Handle tenant inquiries and dispute resolution
- Support land transactions and property due diligence
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in property management
- Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of property laws, land processes, and valuation
- Experience in budgeting, rent collection, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
- CPA is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
