Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in property management within either commercial or residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations.
- Understanding of property laws and compliance requirements.
- Must be a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
