Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Officer to manage day to day property operations, ensure smooth tenant relations and support the efficient running of our property portfolio.
Requirements
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related field
Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management or a similar role
Be knowledgeable in tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and property inspections.
Possess excellent communication, reporting and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism
Valid driving license and driving experience is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
