TENDER NOTICE

Tenders are invited from interested and eligible bidders for the proposed erection and completion of 400 bed capacity hostel (Full contract) on plot number East/Bunyore/Busundi/2505.

Interested eligible bidder's may obtain a complete set of tender documents from the PRINCIPAL'S OfflCE AT BUNYORE GIRLS' HIGH SCHOOL from 8.00am-5.00pm on nornal working days upon payment of  a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1000/=and must meet the fo!lowing mandatory requirements outlined in the tender document.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of 16% VAT in cases of goods and inclusive of VAT and other taxes in case of services. Price for maize includes price of the bags for packaging.

Complete Tender Documents enclosed in plain sealed envelops marked with Tender Number addressed to undersigned, be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the reception in the school Administration Block or mailed to the undersigned address, and be received on or before Tuesday 24^th January, 2023 at 10.00am.

Tenders will be opened on the same day in the Chief Principal's Office at 2.00pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

The school reserves the right to accept or reject any tender either in whole or part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or give the reasons for rejection.
