JOB PURPOSE

To strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and ensure seamless service delivery to members, while also driving wellness initiatives that enhance member health outcomes and reduce long-term claims costs. The role balances operational provider management with the design and implementation of preventive health and wellness programs

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Registration and valid practicing license with a recognized professional body (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya, Clinical Officers Council, Pharmacy and Poisons Board).

Training or certification in wellness, preventive healthcare, care management, or chronic disease management would be an added advantage.

Training in health insurance, claims management, or medical underwriting would be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in healthcare provider relations, medical insurance, care management, wellness coordination, clinical operations, or a related healthcare environment.

Experience working with healthcare providers, corporate clients, members, or insurance operations would be preferred.
