Evolve Well Healthcare provides personalized and compassionate care in the prevention and treatment of lifestyle-related conditions, including weight loss management, diabetes, and other associated diseases.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide mental and behavioral health support to patients managing lifestyle-related health conditions, contributing to holistic and integrated care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapy to patients.
  • Support patients in managing the emotional and behavioral aspects of conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and other chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and nurses to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate patient records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.

Requirements

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid registration/licensure with the relevant professional board (e.g., Kenya Psychological Association).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychological support, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
