Job Purpose:

To provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapy to individuals, couples, and groups to improve their mental health and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for a range of issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems).
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for patients in distress.
  • Provide psychological support to patients with chronic or terminal illnesses.
  • Conduct mental health awareness and wellness programs for staff and the community.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate client records.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensing: Must be registered and hold a valid practicing license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.

  • Empathy, active listening, and strong rapport-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resilience and self-awareness.
