Background

We are recruiting Psychologists responsible for contributing to the improvement of the psycho-social health of our clients and support implementation of interventions aimed at improving their general health & wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patient consultations.
  • Assessing patients and identifying their problems.
  • Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable.
  • Implementing individualized treatment programs.
  • Undertaking psychometric testing.
  • Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time.
  • Organizing a long-term counseling plan that involves multiple visits.
  • Offering both one-on-one, group sessions and other recommended forms of therapy.
  • Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history.

  • Empathy and sensitivity
  • Ability to handle high level communication
  • Confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to cope with emotional situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • A master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Registration by relevant regulatory authority/body
  • Post–basic training in mental health Experience
  • A minimum of 5(Five) years in Clinical Psychology

Additional Notes

Only Ladies and Preferably over 40 years.
