Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Bachelors Degree
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism for general degree holders;
- Skills in Graphic Design and Videography will be an added advantage;
- Membership to Public Relations Society of Kenya or any other relevant professional body; and
- Meet Chapter Six (6) of the constitution of Kenya 2010.
