Job Purpose

The Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process across a multi-client service environment, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely invoicing of all revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Revenue Management

Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with customer contracts and pricing schedules.

Monitor and reconcile billable transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer queries.

Maintain cordial relationships with clients and principals to aid in on-time collections of due amounts.

Reporting & Systems

Develop and maintain automated billing, revenue, and management reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven tools.

Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless revenue processing.

Audit & Compliance

Support audits, internal controls, and billing documentation requirements.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

Proven experience handling large volumes of transactional and financial data.

Experience managing end-to-end billing in a logistics, supply chain, healthcare, professional services, or multi-client service environment.

Experience with contract-based and multi-client revenue models.

Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP experience is an added advantage).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Knowledge of AI-driven reporting tools is an added advantage.
