JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all slaughtering, meat handling, processing and storage activities comply with our quality standards, food safety regulations and statutory requirements. The role oversees the implementation of our quality assurance systems, monitors hygiene and sanitation practices, ensures product traceability, and supports continuous improvement across the abattoir and our integrated meat processing operations.
