Quality Assurance Analyst
JOB PURPOSE:
Are you passionate about elevating product quality, driving food safety excellence, and ensuring world-class manufacturing standards? We have an interesting opportunity at BRAVA! Join our dynamic Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our products, every step to a global win!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspecting incoming dry goods and packaging materials, perform hygiene inspections & audits and prevention of cross-contamination.
- Analysis of ingredients, finished products and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Maintaining & calibrating lab equipment, validate processing lines as well as ensuring lab hygiene, safety and proper waste management.
- Conducting process audits and ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, ISO, FSSC and food safety regulations.
- Track customer feedback, participate in Root Cause Analysis and Support process improvement initiatives.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
- Experienced / Familiar with KEBS Standards, QMS, FSSC will be an added advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Lab experience in Manufacturing or Quality Control will be an added advantage
- FMCG Experience is an added advantage
