This role is for a Quality Assurance Assistant position with one opening.
Responsibilities or duties
- Monitor and inspect warehouse and delivery processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, discrepancies, or damages.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and control measures.
- Generate and present reports on quality performance and improvement areas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Support training of staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Address quality-related inquiries and concerns from internal teams.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
