• Monitor and inspect warehouse and delivery processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments.

• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and control measures.
• Generate and present reports on quality performance and improvement areas.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Support training of staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Address quality-related inquiries and concerns from internal teams.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience needed

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
