Background

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and feed safety operations at our animal feed manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring that all feed products meet strict safety, nutritional, and regulatory standards to feed mill operations. The ideal candidate will bring 15 years of progressive experience in feed milling, with deep expertise in HACCP, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance within the animal nutritional sector.

• Experience managing audits and certifications within feed regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in LIMS and statistical analysis tools.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
