JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance framework across academic and administrative functions
• Coordinate internal audits, ISO training sessions, and institutional performance evaluations
• Prepare quality reports and monitor implementation of improvement plans
• Promote adherence to quality standards for both face-to-face and online learning environments
• Lead benchmarking initiatives and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a Health Sciences-Related Discipline (Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Medicine & Surgery, Pharmacy, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in the same or related area (required)
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in academic quality assurance and coordination
• Additional training or certification in Quality Management (ISO/QMS) is an added advantage
• Demonstrated experience in internal auditing, institutional reporting, and quality benchmarking

Core Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of higher education quality standards
• High levels of integrity, initiative, and professional accountability

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
