Job Description

We are seeking a structured and analytical Quality Assurance Supervisor to establish, oversee, and continuously improve our food quality systems. The successful candidate will ensure strict compliance with international food safety standards and corporate quality frameworks throughout the entire production lifecycle, minimizing risk and maintaining product excellence within the flour milling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive quality assurance systems and maintain production-level quality control protocols.
• Manage regulatory compliance, lead internal/external quality audits, and maintain meticulous quality documentation.
• Ensure strict alignment with food safety regulations and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years' direct experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Added Advantages:

• Specialized training in HACCP, cereals grading, aflatoxin testing, or organic food production is highly desirable.
