The role

We are looking for a Quality and Continuous Improvement Analyst who brings structure and discipline in our processes. Someone who can look at how we work, call out what needs to change, and guide the team towards better quality every day. This role suits a person who is not afraid to speak up, who is calm but firm and who can run projects from start to finish with real follow-through.

Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong academic results

0 to 4 years of experience in quality, operations, continuous improvement, or related fields

Strong personality with the confidence to challenge the status quo in a constructive way

Excellent project management skills with a track record of seeing things through to completion - fast

Experience with CAPA and other structured problem-solving tools

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data

Solid understanding of quality management principles

Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

High attention to detail and a natural drive for order, accuracy, and improvement

Able to work independently and also bring people together to solve problems

Self-driven with the discipline to follow through and hold others accountable

  • Track and analyse all key quality indicators including on-time and in-full deliveries, customer complaints, response rates, rework, and process gaps
  • Build clear, reliable reporting that helps the business see what is working and what is not
  • Work closely with teams across the business to collect accurate data and highlight risks
  • Create simple, clear SOPs that make work easier and more consistent
  • Roll out SOPs across departments with proper training and follow-up
  • Keep all SOPs updated as processes, tools, and expectations change
  • Train teams on quality standards, CAPA methodology, and best practices
  • Work with department heads to understand training gaps and create targeted learning sessions
  • Support teams daily as they adopt new ways of working
  • Lead structured root cause analyses using proven methodologies (such as CAPA, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
  • Guide teams through corrective and preventive actions that actually stick
  • Ensure that issues are fully closed, not just fixed on the surface
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality in people, processes, tools, and systems
  • Lead improvement projects from start to finish with clear timelines and accountability
  • Track impact and adjust quickly where needed to ensure long-term change
